Assembly 118 at Othello Station is a transit-oriented retail and residential project, with 359 residential units, 8,000 sf of commercial space, 6,800 sf of live-work units and 257 parking spaces. The area between the two buildings forms a retail court and gathering space. The court will also serve as a ‘back door’ entry, allowing easy access to a large bike parking and washing room.
