This project was a 272,000 sf warehouse tenant improvement for Serta Simmons Bedding. Scope of work included the installation of new dock equipment, one dock leveler, compressed air system, complete HVAC system, power and distribution for all equipment, as well as a full buildout of a 12,000 sf office space including shop offices and new restrooms.
