Positioned near the heart of Seattle’s iconic tech sector and adjacent to the Central Business District, the Labour Temple renovations provide new designer offices and retail space. This 40,000 sf renovation of a historic brick building consisted of new MEPF systems, elevator, PH structure, roof, and exterior envelope upgrades. The interior of the existing structure was renovated into executive office suites and retail spaces.
